Coravin Pivot+ Wine Preservation System is designed to preserve opened still wine for up to 4 weeks. After opening the bottle, replace the original closure with the Pivot Stopper, insert the Pivot device, and pour wine directly through the system. The system uses 100% pure Argon gas to help protect the remaining wine from oxidation while allowing you to enjoy the bottle over time.
