Carakale's 6.5% Pale Ale is a stronger version of an Extra Special Bitter ale . Brassy in color and medium-bodied, our Pale Ale is a balanced interplay between malt backbone and hop bitterness. A combination of base malt, crystal, Munich, and Vienna malts lend notes of bread, biscuit, and light caramel.
