Carakale Barleywine

A limited-release Barley Wine (12.5% ABV), aged for 28 months in oak barrels from JR Wines' vineyards. Rich and complex, with notes of oak, vanilla, crème brûlée, stone fruit, leather, caramel, and dates, balanced by a firm, lingering bitterness.
